The locking valve refers to the valve consisting of valve body, valve element, valve rod and the locking mechanism. It is suitable for the double pipe heat supply system with household metering. The valve is installed on the main water inlet pipe of each household. The flow value of the user can be set manually according to the actual needs of the user, and the flow value can be locked to balance the heat distribution of the heating network and control the overall temperature of each household, prevent the waste of heat and achieve the purpose of energy saving. For households which do not need heating, the hot water to the households can be cut off through the locking valve, which plays a role of energy saving, and the locking valve must be opened with a key, so that the heat supply unit can charge the heating fees and eliminate the situation of using heat without paying.
The locking mechanism is a valve rod connected to the valve element in the locking hole of the valve body. The valve rod is equipped with a spring, a pawl and a ratchet lock cap. The valve body is of three-way, with one-way of a bypass cap. The valve element also has three through holes corresponding to the valve body. The ratchet lock cap is tightened after adjusting the position of the valve element. The user cannot open the valve. It has the reversing and locking functions. For the heating and water supply systems, one set is installed in each household to control the supply and shutoff. It can achieve effective control on account of that it cannot be opened without damage.
